GMCard Geometry Debug Only

This page previously rendered the isolated GMCard geometry debug board. The debug component has been removed from the codebase; the authoritative geometry now lives in src/components/wiki/GMCard/geometry.js and the production renderer displays the scaffold-only GMCard.
